Disappointed This email is intended for the head of the service department. I made a 9am appointment for Feb 29 2016 to service my vehicle, I ask your service consultant David Hendricks, to have the oil change and check a minor vibration. I left the car and a couple of hours later Mr. Hendricks calls me and informs me that my tires need replacement, I did my research and then gave Mr. Hendricks the okay to add 4 new tires to my vehicle, among other services. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was asked by Mr. Hendricks if my tire pressure light was on, I immediately responded no because there was never any type of emergency light on my dash board, then he tells me that one of my tire pressure sensor is not working and that he was told by his technician he did not know why, he proceeded to tell me if I wanted the part replaced it was going to cost me another hundred plus dollars. I had to say no, I don’t understand why I have to pay for something that was cause by your technician, because the only other explanation is that the sensor decided to go out at exactly the same time the car was under your technician’s hands. I went to a mechanic shop and explained the story and they told me if they were to do something like that they would have to fix it regardless. Is not only outrages but disrespectful that a mayor dealer would try to rip their own costumer off like that. Now I feel like an idiot for having perches two cars from Honda dealers and including having my parents buy one as well. You as a mayor dealership should take responsibility for your actions. I will never buy, recommend or speak well about Honda Deanships again More

Usually my experience is very good at this Honda dealership but I took my car in to have a tire repaired on Sunday Oct. 13 and when I got home my husband and I noticed the carpet strip over the spar dealership but I took my car in to have a tire repaired on Sunday Oct. 13 and when I got home my husband and I noticed the carpet strip over the spare tire was put in backwards. Looking further we lifted the cover over the spare tire and found the tools were not put back on the cover over the tire and the tire was not secured. I know you close at 2 PM on Sunday and the employees were rushing to get things done before closing but we were not very pleased to find the spare tire compartment left this way. More

Every charge was clearly laid out, no fudge numbers, just a straight, clean deal. Combined with Tampa Honda's 2 year dealer maintenance package and 3rd party lifetime powertrain warranty, no other dealer was able to offer a comparable package, in either price or value. When the car we were going to buy was sold out from under us 30 min before we arrived in Tampa, Mike spent the weekend searching for a replacement for us, ultimately driving all the way to Venice to pick up my girlfriend's dream car.
