The service department of this dealership is almost impossible to reach. The work I had done was for safety recalls. If it could have been done by my local garage, I would have done that. I finally got an appointment by going through Genesis at the corporate level. This is not limited to me. I have 3 neighbors on my street with similar problems, difficulty getting parts and difficulty in getting service. I just traded in my Genesis for a Lexus. I loved the car but service is unavailable locally. I find it interesting that on this survey Genesis is considered "Other Makes" and not a Popular Make. Does this make any sense to you? More

Jorge was a very attentive and informative service adviser. My car is a 2022 and is covered by total warranty. I came back and had another service advisor from another company look at it and there is no crack. I am going to pursue further when I get back home, but feel it’s something covered by warranty would’ve costed me $1000. Which I did not do. I will expect to hear more when I get home and we will face the company then. I believe Lee did the chaos and confusion at the dealership made for Hair’s decision hastily, and this, therefore put me in danger until I can arrive back to Massachusetts and resolve this issue More
