I sincerely apologize for the length of time it took to complete the repairs on your vehicle. Repairs of this nature must be handled by a Hyundai-certified technician who is specifically trained and qualified for this level of work, and scheduling accordingly can sometimes extend the timeline. It is never our intention for any guest to leave dissatisfied. I completely understand your frustration, especially after the time your vehicle spent at an independent shop before being referred to us as well. Processing warranty claims on 10-year-old, high-mileage vehicles requires significant time, attention, and coordination — and I’m pleased that our team was ultimately able to complete the necessary repairs and get you back on the road with a running vehicle — with Hyundai covering the bulk of the costs. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with us the other day didn’t meet your expectations. I made several attempts to check in with you during your visit to see if you needed anything, and I would have gladly escorted you to one of our restrooms had I known there was any concern. While our temporary trailer does not include a restroom, we do have multiple ADA-compliant options available on site for our guests. These include an indoor restroom that meets all accessibility standards, as well as a standalone restroom trailer equipped with a handicap ramp for ease of access. We chose not to place restrooms inside the trailer to maintain a cleaner and more comfortable customer space, and we aim to ensure that all accommodations are still readily available and meet ADA standards. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if there’s anything further I can do to assist or improve your next visit.
