Three calls unreturned for estimated completion. I’m 35 minutes away depending on traffic. Finally got through to Pawel who said he would tell Jorge to call me. That call never came. It was too late for me to leave because of an appointment. A call alerting me to the estimated completion would have allowed me to get there and back. Almost 3 hours to get 2nd svc on elantra 2 years old w/6000 +miles. A simple oil change and didn't check tire pressure. My car was listed in my husband's name although title in my name and no phone number for me. Someone messed up my records big time! Never had this trouble before. There were lots of people waiting for their cars and I was the last one to get mine. I was told the service would take 1 to 1 1/2 hous.....I might have to go somewhere else. Just because we don't own a genesis anymore, doesn't mean I have to put up with this!!! More
Seems they take in too many vehicles at a time in their service dept. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs for a window tint, and another hour to reset Bluelink. I was in there at 9:02 and left at 1:05, with service dept. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs for a window tint, and another hour to reset Bluelink. I was in there at 9:02 and left at 1:05, with Bluelink still not reset. So now I need to drive 45 minutes again to get Bluelink reset. Very disappointing. Darla More
