I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation almost 3 weeks in advance. The price on their website was under $60. Imagine my surprise when the service writer told me the price was around $120. She then stated that the tire rotation included in that price was around $40. It turns out their price online was only the supplies and didn’t include the labor and ever popular shop supply fees. In the end the oil change alone with the extra fees was just under $100. It almost seemed like the classic bait and switch. There was no mention of the additional fees in the initial price boldly listed on their website, maybe it was buried in the fine print. Secondly, even with my appointment made weeks in advance the wait time was one hour and forty minutes. This was my first and now last experience at the dealership for an oil change. State your fees completely when you are showing what your services cost and don’t over schedule your service department so that a simple oil change takes hours. More
The service rep was excellent and very helpful. I’m very upset with the 3.5 service charge on my CC. You are only paying 2 to 2.5 to any of the CC Companies so you are marking up your service. When a person makes an appointment they should be told then of the charge. No one carries that much cash or even a check today so be honest with folks and tell them up front of the charge. Last, I paid for a service which included a car wash which wasn’t done. Plus the maintenance folks left the paper on the floor, plastic on the seat and on the steering wheel. They should clean up at the end of service and make sure the job is complete More

My 2013 Tucson has been maintained at Tamiami Hyundai since i bought it new in Langhorne PA in Jan 2013. Always excellentt. Service, fair price and helpful. I see no reason to go elsewhere.
