They are remodeling there building, the trailers they have are not big enough to accomodate the service customers. I sat down, went to the bathroom in a different building and when I came back my seat w have are not big enough to accomodate the service customers. I went into the sales trailer to sit and wait while my car was being serviced. My Service advisor was Good, the appointment center was NOT, they told me if I arrived early, I might be able to get a loaner for a RECALL AND Oil change. Mind you, I had to wait 7 weeks for this appointment to do both. I was told multiple times we have over 11,000 customers, I don't care, all I would like is a loaner when I drop my car off and be able to set an appointment with in a few weeks, I think this is reasonable. I have a 50 minute drive to your dealership and prefer not to wait 2+ hours while work is being performed on my car. GET MORE LOANERS. More

My 1st service apt was blown off and they gave a phone # to call and order a update for my 'map update' which also would correct the crazy flashing dashboard. Long story short, after many phone calls to 'Mother Hyundai', still no update, I called my salesperson Arlington Fritz for help. He called me back, had me scheduled for that same day, even the service manager Alex Valentin, got involved. They had to keep the car overnight, called a Uber for me to go home, finished the vehicle on Saturday morning, sent me another Uber and I was home with a repaired vehicle by noon. Thanks all for turning a upsetting position into a winer. DCB More
