The dealership is very nice and the staff were very friendly. However the one issue that I have is with the interest rate I was charged. I had prequalified with exceptional credit and had interest ra friendly. However the one issue that I have is with the interest rate I was charged. I had prequalified with exceptional credit and had interest rates quoted below 6.5%. When it was time to sign the paperwork the interest rate was set at 7.99%. I questioned the finance person and he said I had exceptional credit. I was confused about this and assumed I didn’t understand the prequalified interest quote. A couple days later I was contacted by Westlake asking why I didn’t accept their interest rate. They said they would finance my purchase at 5.99%. Because of what the dealership did, I am now paying 2% additional interest per month. In addition to this issue, I was given the car drive home at about 10 miles down the road there was a loud noise coming from underneath the car. I found a part of a shield broken and hanging onto the road. I could see zip ties holding it into place with some ties broken. Because it was past closing time I had no choice but to wedge the piece up and went home. More

The approach to pricing is terrible — very old school led by a sales manager in a corner office that does pricing. You constantly wait. When we picked up the car it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get the car paid for and learn the features of the car. Learning the features of the car with Sawyer was very efficient and on point — took about 30 minutes. The balance of the process was about paying for the car. Also, the car wasn’t detailed on Saturday so Sawyer did the detailing on Sunday. He did a pretty good job but now we have to take the car back for a formal detailing which will take about 2 hours. If the car wasn’t so well designed — I wouldn’t have purchased it from you dealership. Sawyer gets a 10 but the dealership is at best a 5. More
