Daniel saved the day for us in purchasing the car, otherwise we would have walked away. He drove all the way up to Bradenton dealership to pick it up so we could have it in time to purchase under 0 fi otherwise we would have walked away. He drove all the way up to Bradenton dealership to pick it up so we could have it in time to purchase under 0 finance agreement before it expired. We took the car in to have ceramic coating detail done. When picked up they never touched the car. Left it out in rain all night and was dirty when we arrived. Inside of car was all dusty and the process was also never done.. We had to get leadership involved to make it right and redo the car. It was short of a nightmare and we are really nervous about having any future service done to our car. As they are not trustworthy and transparent. More

Phone system and communications need improvement. I have complained about phones and getting through for a year or more and I always get same response “ oh we know our phone system is poor”. Brought 2 car in for basic service. Oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted and approx time of 1.5 hours and waited. Both were attended to and we were out in a little less than 2 ho Oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted and approx time of 1.5 hours and waited.
