Had a long 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Which they told me they do at the same time. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole, she might’ve not been working there too long. So the busier it got might’ve gotten a bit overwhelming to track everybody’s car. I originally had 1 star. But after talking to Sammy the service head and the service manager as well. Both were super easy to talk to. And I felt like they really cared about me being frustrated for the 2 hour wait. They offered me a complimentary oil change to come back again! Which I plan to since I live 5-10 mins away! Thank you again for stepping in and taking care of the situation. More

Labor for an oil change went from $18. 45 on 9/12/23 to $50 on 9/27/24. I consider this a complete rip off. As I sat waiting for my car to be serviced, I walked into the new car sales area. The salesman were standing around as there were no customers in the new car showroom. He or she could’ve driven me to the ice cream store since it was 94° outside. That would have truly been first class service with a cherry on top. More
