Returned vehicle after having for 27 days I went to Ray Brandt Kia in Harvey, LA for the first time on 12/24/18 seeking to trade in my car. The deal lasted 1 week and I was approved and drove I went to Ray Brandt Kia in Harvey, LA for the first time on 12/24/18 seeking to trade in my car. The deal lasted 1 week and I was approved and drove away in a new car. Low and behold, 27 days later I got a call from the dealership stating I had to come up with $3k for another lender to take the deal. Whooaaaa! Well I thought I had a deal, leave it up to the Finance Manager! Once I got the $3k, I was told I needed $4500, for a lender to pick up the deal. At this point, I'm livid as I was told two different amounts, and basically never had a firm deal! For the 27 days I had the vehicle I never got any calls or letters form the new finance company, which was suspicious! I never had a deal! Here I am 27 day later, returning their vehicle and taking my vehicle back, as I will not continue to beeing conned into coming up with more money because the dealership/Finance Manager dropped the ball somewhere down the line, and caused the deal to fall apart. More
