From the very 1st conversation, I had with Brian, I could tell he had absolutely no regards in my issue. He had already "chosen sides" when I've never even created that type of environment. He "sured" me the entire conversation as well as cut me off. He also downplayed my issue by stating, "I haven't lied to you yet, have I?" My issue was not that anyone was lying to me, it was the constant inaccurate updates and since that conversation, Brian has provided me with several update, none were accurate. Being without my car, I simply ask for accuracy so that I my properly plan around it as well as prepare to have my affairs in order to pay for the service. I've been polite, patient, grateful, and more. I just ask for decent service in return, especially from management. Highly disappointed. More
