I had to bring my car in multiple times for my air to be fixed. Dropped car off one morning to have it sit there all day bc technician called in sick but WAS NOT INFORMED at all of this until I called to s fixed. Dropped car off one morning to have it sit there all day bc technician called in sick but WAS NOT INFORMED at all of this until I called to see if car was ready. Parts had to be ordered for my car, parts came in and was NOT notified at all of this and then the air machine was out of service and had to be serviced which was going to be 5 weeks bc the service company was booked up. With all of these issues, I asked to be compensated a tank of gas once work was complete because they had to drive my car around testing the air out and just for the headache dealing with all this and the service lady at KIA laughed at me over the phone. Worst experience ever. More
