I had a great overall experience buying my 2023 Kia Telluride from Ray Brandt Kia. Salesman Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, laid back, not pushy, old school New Orleans dude. Finance guy Telluride from Ray Brandt Kia. Salesman Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, laid back, not pushy, old school New Orleans dude. Finance guy Harold was also very proficient competent, knowledgeable, witty, friendly guy. They both represented the dealership well and seamed to enjoy their jobs. They know how to treat customers with respect and are people people !! My wife and 7 year old son also had nothing but good things to say about them and our car buying experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

Made an appointment. Very prompt the advisor addressed all of my needs and was very friendly. Good service but I was disappointed with 3 aspects. 1-I have called several times about my recall and got different answers including we don't have the parts yet, we are keeping a list and will call 1-I have called several times about my recall and got different answers including we don't have the parts yet, we are keeping a list and will call you, just bring it in, we will take care of it. Just bring it in was the last answer. So I scheduiled service at the same time. Only to be told that they have to order the part. This is friustrating as no one likes a repeat trip to the dealer. 2- I told the intake person that my low air pressure indicator was coming on intermittently to please check the indicator light as the air pressure was fine. And I asked was that it OK when he told me that the car was ready. When I read my receipt after leaving he wrote it up as "customer reports tires losing pressure" THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAID.. So.. I don't think the problem was investigated and will probably have to make yet another trip back. 3-There is a shop fee added and that was not explained to me. It's only around $7 but I have never seen that before. I did not talk to Vickie, it was a guy. More
