I’ve been back and forth to this dealership for the same issues going on a year now. The problem still persists. Upon sending my car here, I explained other things that needed to be looked at. None of it wa issues going on a year now. The problem still persists. Upon sending my car here, I explained other things that needed to be looked at. None of it was done. (Maybe because I was rushed off the phone while explaining the issues.) Neither was the “main problem “ , no one knows what the issue is regarding loss of oil from my car far before its due date. So now I have to inconveniently come back soon. Not to mention that I was criticized about the # of miles I had driven since my last oil change. My car is meant to get me to and from Wherever I need to go. Also, I had 4k miles left before the oil completely vanished from my car’s system. I’ve had to take LYFT rides to work recently that I still have not been reimbursed for. I should not be at the service center for anything other than regular maintenance. This isn’t my first rodeo with this dealership. I’m tired. All I want is my car fixed once and for all. This is a 2020 Kia that I keep up to par whenever it is needed! I should not be going through these reoccurring issues. More
