I brought my Kia in to get an oil change. The mechanic did the oil change and did not do a complementary check of my vehicle. After I paid my fiancé noticed we did not have the paper telling us all the things wrong and we had to wait another 30 mins because the mechanic failed to do the check after the oil change.
