However, a week later, I received a call stating that the claim had been declined. The story changed, and they now said the issue was related to compression. As a result, I had to arrange for the car to be towed, which cost me $1,000 out of pocket. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially given the conflicting information and unexpected expenses. More
