Worst experience ever. I walked onto the lot to buy a Blue Elantra Coupe SE. i waited 15 minutes and no sales person came to assist me. I then walked to the offices and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. While standing outside sales trailer, still no help. I then walked into trailer and initiated a conversation with an employee asking to see a recommended sales person. I was told he was no longer there. At this point they asked me my name and I obliged. No introduction on their part. Conversation ended there and they proceeded to go back to their computers. Too bad they lost a sale that would have happened that very day. May try another Hyundai dealership, but won't return to Tameron. More

He answered all my questions thoroughly and with accuracy, going the extra mile to help in financing, delivery, paperwork, etc. This was not a decision I had taken lightly, doing various research on numerous cars and specifically the Hyundai. I went in to have my 2012 sonata serviced and left with a new vehicle. Very pleased with the new 2013 sonata. To start off with was quoted 18k for my trade in. When bank received the price sheet from the dealer she alerted me that they had my trade listed as 17k. Mistakes happen so we met in the middle at 17.5 K bank received the price sheet from the dealer she alerted me that they had my trade listed as 17k. Mistakes happen so we met in the middle at 17.5 K no problem. About 30 minutes later my insurance company called and said the vin provided didnt match the vehicle description. I was quoted a 2.0 turbo Santa Fe and the dealer sent me a vin for a 2.4L Santa Fe at higher cost than the 2.0 with the upgraded engine. Called the dealership again and another mistake on their part. Called my bank again and asked her to email me a copy of the price sheet sent over from Tamerono, they had added $199 for nitrogen in the tires. Called dealer yet a 3rd time and they took it off. Drove close to 100 miles to the dealership. Was about to sign the final papers and yet another suprise...they needed to see my tag receipt for proof i owned a hyundai in order to get a loyality rebate...never mind my trade in Sonata was sitting right there in front of them. So I could either cut them a check for $500 and they hold it till i went 100 miles back to Montgomery and fax them a receipt. At this point I'm like screw this, give me my keys to my trade in back and I will take my business else where. My husband and I wanted a Hyundai Elantra GT since was released in August 2012. Our previous experience with car dealerships can be described as painful, annoying, pushy...etc. So, this time we did our research before deciding where to go. The first thing that we did was to check the different dealers in the area, reviews etc. We saw consistent good reviews for Tameron Hyundai and checked the Elantra GT cars that they had in their inventory on-line. From there inventory we were interested in looking at 2 specific cars with slightly different packages. We received response the very same day with internet quotes, and a personalized video showing the actual car that we were interested in. In the video Mike McGuire showed us very thoroughly the exterior and interior of the car. We were impressed and decided to visit Tameron Hyundai and set an appointment with Mike McGuire. The experience in person was fantastic, Mike McGuire is an excellent professional, very honest, he asked what we really wanted and never pushed us. Once we decided which car we wanted and after test-driving it, he explain us thoroughly every feature of the car,and every single form that we have to sign for the purchase and the trade in of our old car. Mike McGuire provided the best customer service that I've ever experienced. Here are some of the things he did that I found special: 1) he sent an e-mail response to my Internet request for information tha ever experienced. Here are some of the things he did that I found special: 1) he sent an e-mail response to my Internet request for information that included a video he made which showed some nice features the Sonata had. Note he didn't call me first. 2) we made a definite appointment for the day and time I wanted for which he was punctual. 3) when I got there he had two cars that I had expressed interest in the color I wanted. They were the two types of Sonata Limited - regular and Turbo both in red which I told him that I really wanted. These were the only 2 cars I looked at because they both met my criteria exactly. I wound up getting the Turbo because it didn't cost that much more. 3) even though the dealership was about to close Mike spent time showing me the key features that I needed to know before I drove off into the night. He then watched as I showed him that I understood everything. 4) also he helped me clean out my old car's trunk which was not an easy task . All in all I would recommend Mike to anyone who is interested in buying a Hyundai. I also liked him talking about touring the Hyundai plant in Montgomery. We both like that this car was made in Alabama. More
