I arrived on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by a staff member named Richard who promptly took me inside and introduced me to Corky Hurt. I Hyundai Santa Fe. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by a staff member named Richard who promptly took me inside and introduced me to Corky Hurt. I explained that I was only in the brand shopping phase and Corky immediately began to show me my options. After selecting three different vehicles, Corky very patiently explained each vehicle and took me for a test drive in all three, he treated me as if he KNEW I was going to purchase a car there even though he had know way of knowing whether or not I was a serious buyer. I took up almost 2 hours of his time and he never pushed or prodded or became intolerant of my shopping methodology. I would give him 10 stars for salesmanship and personability if available. Once I decided on the Santa Fe, I explained that I would have to bring my husband along on Monday to talk specifics. He graciously accepted my decision and handed me his business card. I returned on the day as agreed upon and Corky immediately offered another test ride in the vehicle of my choice and offered to let my husband test drive it as well. We both agreed it was the vehicle we wanted and we went inside to negotiate. Corky fought for the price we could pay and he and the finance staff went to bat for us with the available finance companies. A deal agreement was made and my new vehicle was cleaned and delivered to me while I was completing the business transactions. No hassle , no delays and no worries, made my Tameron Hyuandai experience a most enjoyable one and I will definitely recommend them to anyone. More
