I recently totaled my old car and after receiving my insurance settlement, I was prepared to drive all over town to find a good deal. There have been several very successful car dealers within my family and I'm well aware of the tricks of the trade. I expected some of the nonsense but Dale was professional, kind hearted and honest. I appreciate that more than anything when it comes to any sales situation. I doubt I would have been as agreeable and pleased had I not had Dale to help me or another salesman like him.
