Service department completed the work in less than 15 minutes, but said their multi point inspection found 7 issues that needed immediate attention including both front and rear brakes and rotors. They wanted over $1048 to repair. Keep in mind we've had no problems with the vehicle which only has 40k miles, AND they didn't even have the vehicle long enough to remove the wheels to inspect the brakes and rotors!! More
I purchased my Genesis from Tameron Hyundai in Birmingham, AL. I tried to schedule a service appointment on June 20 for a problem which made the car close to undrivable. I was told the earliest a Birmingham, AL. I tried to schedule a service appointment on June 20 for a problem which made the car close to undrivable. I was told the earliest appointment they could give me was more than three (3) week out. I said what! Take it or leave it. I chose to leave. So now I have a car that I can barely drive. Do not take your car to Tameron Hyundai for servicing. In fact don't buy from them. More

Were should Long post that should be read. This "pandemic" is damaging a lot of businesses but never thought this one will succumbed to it as well... Were should I start... I have a Palisades 2020 SEL Premium Package that I'm leasing. After 24 straight payments, I received an email from the adservices department from the dealer stating thar my vehicle has equity and that I should go by and have a newer version, which for me it wasn't that important. The teaser email was good enough that I went to the dealer. There was a salesman that opened the door, I will reserve the name as they know who he was, and after asking me what I was looking, he requested me my ID. I provided the pertinent information and showed him the email. He stepped aside and went to the office of "doom", the butchers... He came back saying that when I got my vehicle Hyundai were giving more incentive and that the only way I could get a closer payment now was by buying the newer Palisades (for me not an option right now as next years it will get a "facelift" or newer model. I stood up and left. Intrigue by the comment of the salesperson, I went to the website to verify. Once in the website, I was able to see the prices in an option they have were you can put what you would want, lease or buy, etc. Once I checked that the website had the payment option just 20 dollars more of what I was paying, I decided to chat, thinking that salesman was just trying to trick me into buying. Danielle Thompson contacted me after verifying they had the 8-passenger in the dealer. She stated that she was contacting the management team and that she would get back to me. Well today, after three attempts she finally called me. She stated that the only way I could get the payment was buying it, per manager. I told her that I was sorry that she had to hear my complaint, but that it was outrageous. That the only reason I contacted the dealer by going there and then chatting was because the dealer contacted me first. Second, I explained that in all of this process Hyundai was the overall winner by a long shot. I expressed the four ways Hyundai and/or the dealer was been benefitting: 1) I already paid a lot if interest in the Palisades that I have. 2) i was giving them a vehicle that they could resell getting an initial positive margin if approximately $3,000 plus the interest if the buyer end up using Hyundai Finance Motors, plus more interest, 3) I was willing to take the "older"2021 model instead if the 2022 that they already have, and that someone with good judgement will go for the 2022 instead if the 2021 and 4) I was going to be paying more interest on the newer lease. I told her the only benefit I would get was extending the lease two more year to wait for the newer Palisade with the facelift. I explained that the IT department should be contacted to take down the option to see payments in the website as it is a lie and it is a misleading advertisement (she said that the MSRP was not correctly input on the website, a clear lie) and the ad services department should also be contacted to stop sending emails if indeed Hyundai Motors are not longer providing incentives. All in all... I bite the bait... And just got a bad expirence with a dealer I have worked with for the last 4.5 years. Looks like "pandemic" got the best on this dealer. Now looking for the Toyota Grand Highlander with extended legroom third row or the KIA Telluride which has the same base as the Palisades. Really frustrated. Also, consider other Hyundai places... Don't be lured by this dealer, unless they rectify their wrongs and start doing better business again and treat customer as we should like people and not like prey. More

From the trade-in to getting me in the perfect vehicle they made it all a pleasant experience. I was very impressed with the entire team from General Manager, Sales and Service. I know I made the right decision to purchase my 2018 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T from them and will be servicing my vehicle with them. I HIGHLY recommend Logan Dunlop, he was very professional and easy to work with during the entire process! More

I found the purchasing experience straightforward without the usual high pressure tactics I’ve dealt with in the past. My sales associate, Mark, listened to what I wanted and was willing to pay and didn’t try to steer me to something more expensive. I would recommend buying a car from Tameron Hyundai if you are in the market for a car. More

He had been by the dealership a couple days before and saw a car he thought I would like and wanted me to see it. We were planning on checking it out and then doing some research. By the time we got there it wasn't far from closing time. I figured they would be rushing me to make up my mind and pushing me to make a decision but that didn't happen at all. The salesman Mark was very patient and made sure I felt like he was happy to do whatever it took to get me the car I wanted. We ended up getting the car which meant that several people had to stay well past closing time and I mean a couple hours later. If I had been the one working there I would have been giving those customers the evil eye but everyone there was happy and friendly. I never in my life thought I would ever say I enjoyed a car buying experience but it was actually almost fun. I genuinely liked my salesman. Like I dare to say he might actually be a good person and not someone just out to make as much money off me as he can. I would without question recommend him and the dealership. Oh and PS I absolutely love my new car (even though it doesn't have a CD player:(). More
