The drop off experience is always good -- there was an older, bald gentleman that helped me carry some of my work stuff to the trailer to wait on my vehicle. I wish you all had help to then get back to car once work is done. I am absolutely appalled at the cost of a simple gas cap. I had engine light on so had to have diagnostics run. Earlier this year, my engine died and was part of the recall so a check engine light gives me PTSD. All that I needed was a new gas cap -- you all told me the brand new after market gas cap I had on it was subpar and could make the engine light come on. Now, I am a woman -- an educated woman so I call alot of BS on that assessment. And furthermore, you all charged me the $179 diagnostic fee. So a $10 gas cap, you charged me over $200 for. THIS IS RIDICULOUS by anyone's standard. I will be speaking to a district manager or corporate regarding this. The other items I asked you to check are similar in HIGHLY OVER INFLATED COST. I discussed these with the service guy who came out to review and explain the assessment, with respect and calm tone but with questioning, discerning conversation. Frankly, all it did was seem to contribute to the outlandish almost made up sounding explanations he was already giving. My work is in healthcare and you charge prices that rival costs of taking care of people health wise. It is highway robbery. I certainly hope you pay your service people extravagant salaries to match what you are charging customers. More
