Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Had an appointment for service work. They sent me a diagnostic work up for other work bedsides what l had an appointment. Then to find out that they Had an appointment for service work. They sent me a diagnostic work up for other work bedsides what l had an appointment. Then to find out that they do not accept my warranty. So I decided not to have any work performed with them. But still got charged $196.00 for a diagnostic check even though I told them what I needed done. So I got stuck with a bill for other recommended service. When I expressed my concerns to Brian the service rep, no sympathy for customer satisfaction. I asked if the warranty issue was a Tameron policy or a Hyundai policy and he said it is a Tameron policy. I now have an appointment with another Hyundai dealership in the same city that accepts my warranty. I will definitely let others know about this matter and will not be doing business with Tameron ever again. More
