VERY DISAPPOINTED! Since buying my car in 2013, Tameron has done over 90% of the maintenance. It's time to start looking at a new vehicle. Worst experience buying a car ever. They use typical shady dealership tactics like pinning you down to a monthly, payment then jacking up the price of the car and lowering your trade in They use typical shady dealership tactics like pinning you down to a monthly, payment then jacking up the price of the car and lowering your trade in allowance to get as much out of you as they can. You really need to look at everything closely before you sign anything. The finance guy tricked me into a road hazard warranty by telling me that it wouldn't change my payment at all because he would just change the numbers so my payment would be the same. He acted like they were just going to throw in the warranty, when in actuality, if I didn't get the warranty he would have just raised the price of the car I bought or lowered the trade in allowance so my payment would be the same. I've bought many cars in my life, but this is the only one that I felt I really got screwed on. They will add in all kinds of fees. Keep an eye on the numbers! Doc fee is $1000, they'll take off a reconditioning fee to your trade in (I think it's $2500 (could be less, can't remember exactly)). Best advice I can give is STAY AWAY FROM TAMERON HYUNDAI. Not to mention you'll be there all damn day. I was sitting in there for almost 5 hours. If you want a Hyundai, there are plenty of other dealerships, go to one of them instead. And definitely don't buy a used car from them like I did. More
Hard to get a hold of advisor. Reception doesn’t have answers to simplest questions. I brought my car in for an estimate after my wife hit a curb. Quoted be 5k and when I called to figure out why that high, my advisor said oh he looked at it quickly and just price out everything that might be wrong, then added but we might not need this that and maybe be that and they would adjust afterwards. Yea cause dealerships have such a great reputation on being honest. Ended up going through my insurance and cost came out to be 2k. Will never go back to this place, we moved here from out of state and talk about shock. Will drive further away to go to a different dealer but never this one. More
