I never had a good experience with this service dept but this is by far the worst. Brian was rude throughout the entire process. When dropped my SUV off on Thursday afternoon, he talked across me and I could barely get explain what I was experiencing with my car. I was a bit rattled because my car had stalled several times on my way to the dealership and nearly hit from behind twoce. He's very condescending to say the least. He told me that there was only one technician that worked on diagnosing vehicles and it maybe Friday but more than likely Monday but he would call me when he knew more. I agreed to leave it there because it wasn't safe to drive. Once I didn't hear anything from anyone by noon on Monday, I called to check in. Brian came to the phone and sounded as if he was asleep and I was bothering him. He told that the tech had called about my SUV and that he was hooking it up to the machine so he would call me back shortly after he knew more. Around 440pm, called back because I haven't heard anything and didn't want the service dept to close without me getting an update. This time I had to go through the manager to get Brian to come to the phone and again he was rude and short. I felt as though I was bothering him because I wanted an update on my vehicle. After several minutes, I was told that it was a fuel pump issue and my vehicle would be ready the next day. The next morning, I received a text with other nonemergent issues with the vehicle, thar stated that I needed to reply asap so that repairs could be done. At this point, I have been without a vehicle for four days and based on the conversation on yesterday assed that necessary repairs had begun that morning, so to receive this text was very frustrating. If these weren't necessary repairs, then it should have waited until I came to my vehicle up because it could have been addressed at another time. Like November, when my oil change is due. I had already agreed to the fuel pump repair. When I called that afternoon for an update, he did not come to the phone but sent a text immediately after I hung up with the receptionist. The entire process was extremely slow and inefficient. Brian's customer service skills are lacking and leave much to be desired. After this experience on top of my previous visits, I don't think I will returning to this dealership. Which is awful because this is where I purchased my vehicle and it is literally 10 minutes away from my home. More
Tameron and Brian are excellent communicators. Services were explained well and future services that were needed were listed with current pricing so I could refer to them when I left.
