Salesman (CJ) was amazing, service manager (Joe) was kind, patient and knowledgeable, financing was explanatory and up front. My main issue is with the disgusting condition the car was in when I picked it up. While it was an easy purchase, I am upset that the vehicle was not detailed as I was told it would be. This was not just some dirt and fingerprints, the condition was disgusting. The cup holders had some mystery coating, nothing in the backseat was cleaned or vacuumed nor the trunk, there was moldy food, grime buildup on the safety latches for back seat. I was also told the car would be filled with gas it was not. Overall satisfaction is 3/5 not super pleased with the false promises and lack of attention to detail. Also would have been nice if the brakes were replaced, seems like a hazard to let a car drive off the lot without basic proper safety. Additionally the tire pressure light was on I was told this would be addressed, it was not, back driver tire was low. Again happy with the representatives I worked with but not with the final touches. More
I came for an appointment just to be told they didn’t have the parts and I would have to go home and come back tomorrow possibly during the storm. Then they said never mind they found the part and would have the parts and I would have to go home and come back tomorrow possibly during the storm. Then they said never mind they found the part and would get my car fixed only for them to come back and say that actually the technician went home so I could not get my car fixed and to come back tomorrow and I would receive a discount for the trouble. Only for the discount to be a 10% of $100 coupon that I qualified for anyway because my service was over $700. The experience was terrible and service was horrible. More

When you spend your money with an organization you expect top notch service. Unfortunately this time, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. My car was serviced and inspected. It doesn’t take much to go above and beyond in duties. Something as simple as seeing low tire pressure warning and delivering my car to me with low tire pressure, still. Air is typically free especially after you’ve spent over $600 dollars in repairs. Air would not have taken much effort. I also texted that morning to see if my passenger side mirror could be taken a quick look at that it was off track. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and inquired about it, the response was “everything was so busy, there wasn’t time. You can bring your vehicle back up here.” Why when I’m here now? Time is precious and money was spent. Again, the small things to satisfy your customers. The small things is what keeps you returning service after service after service. More
