I was not updated on problems with my vehicle or what tests were being made. I had to call to get updates every time. I was greeted and told they would take care of the recall while I waited in the lounge. I sat in the comfortable lounge, and had refreshments, while my car was worked on. I was given information that the work was completed and that I should bring my car back at, between, 17,000 to 18,000 miles for the next oil change. There was some discussion about the timing of the oil change, and I mentioned how I just came back from a trip with the car and had no problem driving the car. More
