Over the past six years, my experience with this dealership has been predominantly positive. I have purchased two vehicles. However, my recent service visit was unsatisfactory. I scheduled a routine dealership has been predominantly positive. I have purchased two vehicles. However, my recent service visit was unsatisfactory. I scheduled a routine maintenance appointment for my 11:00 AM visit. The inspection was conducted promptly, and I authorized the necessary repairs using the link provided in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was no subsequent communication. Typically, when a vehicle is ready, prompt (within reason) communication is provided. I initiated inquiries about the status around 3:30 PM, as I should have received a response by that time. I distributed the text messages (as that is my preferred method of communication) and subsequently attempted to call, but was repeatedly transferred. It took until 5:00 PM to connect with someone. As I mentioned, this experience deviates from my usual positive encounters. I explained the situation and expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication. The issue was promptly resolved upon my explanation. I do not hold individuals accountable for occasional lapses in communication, as we are all human and may occasionally make mistakes. I intend to return and hope that the positive experiences will continue. More
