I had a great interaction with everyone with the exception of my service associate. Brian. Brian was very patronizing and condescending and did not tell me upfront how the process would take place.. exception of my service associate. Brian. I dropped my vehicle off a little after 11, he asked me if I would be waiting on my vehicle and I told him no my daughter would pick me up.He said he would text me and let me know once there was a diagnosis I did not hear from him so I called him at 5 o’clock. He then told me that it could take 24 to 48 hours before I had a diagnosis I was floored I said I should’ve been informed of that when I dropped my vehicle off he told me that he had told me that. I reminded him of how our conversation went and he denied it. I said that’s neither here or there I wasn’t gonna go back-and-forth with him and I told him that I would see him once he called me. I called back again and asked him if I had purchased rental car coverage . He told me he didn’t know and that he’d have to have a diagnosis first before he could check to find out, I said oh OK hung up again and I never heard from him until I got a text the following day at 3:16 that my vehicle. should be ready tomorrow or Thursday because it had a differential problem which is what I told him from the beginning because my friend had the same exact problem. I got a text an hour later. Saying my vehicle is ready. So at this point I feel like he was trying to aggravate me by telling me at 3:16 my vehicle should be ready tomorrow or Thursday when in fact, it was ready an hour later, so when I came to pick up the vehicle, I spoke with the manager, Andrew, who was very polite and very helpful and satisfied my concerns and “feelings” about Brian. We all have a bad day from time to time. I am a people person and took time to reflect on how I may have caused Brian to ‘feel’ a certain way towards me, but I could not recall any justification for his negativity. Even if there had been a justification there is no way someone in a service oriented field has a right to have a customer feel uncomfortable or disrespected. You can always get your point across in a professional manner. More
