I asked for an appointment with a specific advisor whom I had worked with the previous week since he knew exactly what we needed. When we arrived, our requested advisor was not scheduled that day. The waitin had worked with the previous week since he knew exactly what we needed. When we arrived, our requested advisor was not scheduled that day. The waiting area was full and my husband had to go into the dealership area and bring another chair since our advisor did not show us into the guest area, nor did either of the ladies working at that desk in the waiting area notice that my husband had nowhere to sit.
