Very disappointing service, very unsatisfied. Ken guy and carter Coker did very poor at their work, talked me into false statements for me to purchase a vehicle on top of 1 hundred phone calls to Ken guy and carter Coker did very poor at their work, talked me into false statements for me to purchase a vehicle on top of 1 hundred phone calls to get this deal through, wrong paperwork was signed, gave me a different apr, my payment is higher than what ken told me it was going to be on top of tag problems by their mistakes again... Average sales experience - terrible Service center I have purchased a few cars and trucks from Chris Myers over the years. I have never had a bad experience on the sales side, it has always been averag I have purchased a few cars and trucks from Chris Myers over the years. I have never had a bad experience on the sales side, it has always been average. Service however is a completely different story. I have yet to have an average experience, much less a good one, in service. My service experiences are always bad - terrible in fact. I am not talking about major services, they have yet to provide me with an average experience on simple things like oil changes. After a terrible experience I always get mad and don't go back for a year or so. Then I give them another shot only to get screwed again. Today I took my Ram 2500 in for its first service (new truck). I booked an 8:30 AM service appointment, but dropped the truck off at 7:30 AM. I showed up to pick the truck up at 4:35 PM and they haven't even started on it. They told me to give them an hour and that they would not be able to wash it. Are you kidding me? Last time they had my Jeep two days and didn't bother to tell me they needed to keep it overnight until I showed up at 5 to pick it up (it was the second time they had attempted to stop the 2014 JKU from leaking) . They have terrible communication skills and I just don't feel like they care. What is the point of scheduling service if it doesn't mean anything? They always have an excuse but never improve or do anything to make things right. After today I am never going back, this is like the 4th bad service experience in a row. I am sure they don't care but I can't continue to condone such terrible customer service. From here on out I will be inconvenienced with a longer drive to have my RAM serviced at an out of market dealership. I advise you to take your business elsewhere unless you like being treated poorly. More
Lemon Soup My wife and I just moved down here for school and we were looking for cars. Three days into buying from the used car lot and my wife almost took off 2 My wife and I just moved down here for school and we were looking for cars. Three days into buying from the used car lot and my wife almost took off 2 cars' fenders because the drive gear did not react (i am thinking a transmission issue). Should not have to deal with that if your cars are being inspected thoroughly. I dont even think they checked the car when we came back to buy it. My wife could have hurt herself and others if she were on the road. Be careful when doing business with Chris Myers More
Next stop please.. Looked at a new vehicle to purchase for my wife. Went and test drove one and then decided we wanted to talk about getting a new vehicle. Contacted the dealer the next day to see about getting one with the things she wanted. After a few days and the dealership saying they had something close, I applied for financing with them. After talking with them throughout the the day and asking them was everything fine with credit and the vehicle and price range they said yes. Asked would we even be good to just come and sign and go. Well drove 45 mins and nothing was ready. We end up going to settle for a model she didn't really want. We left the dealership with the same car we drove up in bc it was late and the banks had closed. Needles to say we ended up finding the model with the things she wanted at a dealership an hour away that night where a family friend works. We didn't go there first because we didn't want to have to pay extra taxes for purchasing a vehicle out of state. Called the guy the next morning first things when they opened. He had us approved within 20 mins, beat the price on the one we where goin to settle on and once we drove over had everything ready to sign, the vehicle gased up and cleaned for us. Was in and out in no time and even paid the taxes for us for having to purchase in another state. Ended up paying a little more a month than we had originally planned, but the willingness to help us and understand we didn't have the time to be wasting was amazing. The only thing positive about Chris Myers I can say was that they where friendly. More

After shopping in both Pensacola and Mobile the level of service we received was beyond compare. For us to say the transaction was seamless would be an understatement. Dealing with Clayton and the manager Mr Knight changed our opinion of the car buying experience. What really impressed us though was several days later. We had a rather small issue that popped up so we drove to the dealership. Mr Knight greeted us (I guess he recognized us from a few nights before), listened to our issue and then exceeded our expectations with such a speed and deliberation. Well we were pleased and impressed, he made it very clear thru his actions that at that moment we were the most important thing to him period. Thanks Chris Myers GMC you ROCK! More
