I took car in for a check engine light requiring a smoke test to find source of issue . It was determined it was a water pump and Dave in service called me with a estimate and also reached out to the compa test to find source of issue . It was determined it was a water pump and Dave in service called me with a estimate and also reached out to the company I had a extended warranty with to see if it would cover parts/ labor/ testing etc. I was told it would cover it and they would get started. After 16 days I got a call that my vehicle was ready at no cost to me. The time frame seems long but in their defense it is a 4 wheel drive with a fiat motor and the he original pump they received was cracked and a few small obstacles along the way but they kept me in the loop and got the job done. I am thankful for everything and would most definitely recommend the service department for your needs. Thank you to the Tameron Service Crew for good customer service ! More
