Moreover, the time I spent at the dealership was time well spent, as they always make an effort to do more than sell me a lease; they are about the business of nurturing relationships, evidenced by the fact that they remember details about my family, occupation, interests, conversations during previous visits. I hated to see Don leave the sales department because he was my best go to guy for a pleasant dealership experience, but he turned me over to a very capable, genuine, pleasant and professional sales person in Will. It was a pleasure getting to know about his children, family, history in the business. Of course Don always tries to sell me that tire and maintenance package, but my husband takes care of all of that for me. I always turn it down, yet I am never made to feel any kind of negative way for not purchasing. Lastly, I left the dealership fully confident that I could operate all the new features in my new lease because Will made sure to go every one of them.
