Ascent responded

Unfortunately, I am the owner of a 2019 Subaru Ascent Touring model, purchased from a different dealership. This year of Subaru has a damaged CVT software issue and malfunctions. Subaru of America, after a 3 year recall, did a software update this month to remedy this recall. This remedy has not helped my car. This is NOT the fault of Tacoma Subaru service center. I look forward to the continued support of my service center advisor, Darrell. —Thank you
