Ran my credit without my permission and I paid cash for the car. Purchased on 3/15/22 and was supposed to be ready the next day but wasn’t until 3/18/22. Still no license plate. My last live chat with Brea today said to stop by anytime to pick up the plates but they still don’t have them so if I hadn’t questioned it, that would have been another waste of my time. I visited Tacoma Subaru looking to trade in my vehicle and buy a new 2022 crosstrek. I worked with Josue who was very professional and did everything to make the car buying experience easy. He even went o and buy a new 2022 crosstrek. I worked with Josue who was very professional and did everything to make the car buying experience easy. He even went out of his way to find another 2022 crosstrek (which are hard to find right now) after my wife wasn’t happy with the color of the interior. Overall I will definitely be back to their dealership. More
