The Service department staff (especially Darrell Adams) continues to provide excellent customer service. Darrell helped schedule my 30,000 mile service for my Ascent. Darrell also made sure that the recall parts, due on my Ascent, were available and completed during this same service. Recommendation: Competitor's have their technicians take photos of parts being removed & replacement,new parts being installed. Photograph of the undercarriage of the car is a fantastic idea. Photograph any areas of concern and discuss with customer. Let’s make 2023 the year to be kind towards one another. Chris More
