Frequent service blunders. I wasted several hours getting my car there and back and spent $10 in tolls that I wouldn't normally have, to get there and back. Now I'll have to spend several hours this week coming to rescheduled appointment. This is not the first time I've had a similar service blunder at this site. More

I brought my 2010 Subaru forrester into the tacoma Subaru dealership to get my rear brakes replaced. They said that they weren’t able to reach the brakes to replace them, and it would be a weeks worth of rep dealership to get my rear brakes replaced. They said that they weren’t able to reach the brakes to replace them, and it would be a weeks worth of repairs for $3,000. I was leaving the next day to drive from tacoma to Salt Lake City, and didn’t have time to do the repairs. They talked to me for 20 minutes about why it’s incredibly dangerous to drive and it would be better to trade it in right away. When I got to Salt Lake City, I took my car to a local mechanic first thing. They said that the brakes could easily be replaced by any capable mechanic, and replaced all four brake pads, rotors, and calipers for $1600. Overall, the tacoma Subaru dealership are either incapable mechanics or complete scammers. I could not recommend this place less. More

After an extensive search I finally tracked down the car I wanted. Unfortunately the previous owner had somewhat neglected the overall condition. The maintenance was kept up to date but the paint/ body had I wanted. Unfortunately the previous owner had somewhat neglected the overall condition. The maintenance was kept up to date but the paint/ body had a few rough spots. Marlon (my advisor) walked thru all the repairs that the body shop would take care of and then helped out with the paperwork. I’m really looking forward to picking it up once the repairs are made.
