Finance was marginal refused to use my funding source because it had been submitted on the Saturday I initially purchased truck it could not be stopped. Since it was Sunday I do believe there could have at a minimum a phone call Sunday or Monday to stop the BECU funding but the answer was “can’t” and “won’t” Compliments to the sales team to work through the issues it took to get me to buy the truck. Finance could benefit of learning to work through some of the rigorous process and find a way to give what the customer wants and needs. For that single reason I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to Tacoma Subaru More
