Since it was Sunday I do believe there could have at a minimum a phone call Sunday or Monday to stop the BECU funding but the answer was “can’t” and “won’t” Compliments to the sales team to work through the issues it took to get me to buy the truck. Finance could benefit of learning to work through some of the rigorous process and find a way to give what the customer wants and needs. For that single reason I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to Tacoma Subaru More

Quick and Painless I contacted this dealership with the numbers I received from another Subaru dealer on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday they let me know that they coul I contacted this dealership with the numbers I received from another Subaru dealer on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday they let me know that they could meet and beat the deal I was given, it was just a matter of going there. The other dealership was right in my town but I made the thirty minute drive in hopes that they would make good with their word and they did that and more. We showed up at 10:30am on Sunday, test drove the vehicle, came in 1k less than the other dealership with a better package! We signed our paperwork and were out of there at 12:45. This was by far the least painful car buying process we have gone through and we’ve done quite a bit of car buying in the past 14 years. If we are ever in the market for a Subaru again (we are definitely Subaru lovers) we will make our way to Tacoma Subaru. More

As a young woman shopping for cars alone, I experienced many difficult and sexist sales people at other dealerships and it made me not want to move forward with buying a car. My experience at Tacoma Subaru was entirely different, everyone I came into contact with treated me respectfully and made me feel like they were on my side.
