Update: I made a quick and harsh judgement in a past version of this review. I had requested an online quote on a model/color/package that I wanted. I then received the quote via email at a price that I version of this review. I had requested an online quote on a model/color/package that I wanted. I then received the quote via email at a price that I couldn’t refuse without knowing that an error led to the quote being for a different vehicle. When I went in to test drive/sign paperwork, the listed price was above what I was quoted. I grumbled heartily. Since it was still a good price, I begrudgingly reserved the vehicle and decided to voice my displeasure online rather than discuss the issue further with the salesperson or manager. In response, the manager called me to offer their sincere apologies about the situation that led to the confusion and resolved the issue. Moral of the story is: talk things through with the team at Tacoma Subaru and they will do their best to make the situation right. Kudos for your excellent customer service and my apologies for going “Internet warrior” on the situation! More
