Matt was awesome. He explained everything that was checked along with changing the oil. Said it could take an hour and a half or so because they were really busy. The car was ready to go in about 45 m checked along with changing the oil. Said it could take an hour and a half or so because they were really busy. The car was ready to go in about 45 minutes. Jenna and team worked on my car recently. I really appreciate her calling me to tell me they had my car and when they would get to it. She gave me periodic updates on the status of the work. Paid cash for a used car. Chris in financing was not honest about add on costs and we paid almost a 1000 dollars extra for add on costs that were not explained as 'optional.' We definitely felt cheated and we do not recommend buying from Tacoma Subaru. Why should any person be required to pay for exterior and interior protection on a used vehicle? We were told 'detailing' was at no charge and they slipped a 498 dollar charge in, saying its required on all vehicles. Then Chris slid in a Theft System Protection Guaranty for 599.00 dollars to (guaranty?) a post factory alarm system. Now we have to go through the mechanisms of trying to get our money back. Very nice at point of sale, very cocky and nasty about telling us, "It is what it is." More
I have always felt respected and taken care of by the service department at Tacoma Subaru. I have never felt bamboozled or that they were dishonest regarding any service or maintenance needed.
