Paid cash for a used car. Chris in financing was not honest about add on costs and we paid almost a 1000 dollars extra for add on costs that were not explained as 'optional.' We were told 'detailing' was at no charge and they slipped a 498 dollar charge in, saying its required on all vehicles. Then Chris slid in a Theft System Protection Guaranty for 599.00 dollars to (guaranty?) a post factory alarm system. Now we have to go through the mechanisms of trying to get our money back. Very nice at point of sale, very cocky and nasty about telling us, "It is what it is." More
