Rather than being a pushy salesman, Jacob took the time to listen and thoroughly answer my questions during two test drives. He was patient and understanding as I deliberated over my final color choices, never rushing me through the decision-making process. Over the course of a week, Jacob checked in periodically, providing support and answering any additional questions. Even after I purchased my Crosstrek, he followed up to ensure everything met my expectations—honestly, everything exceeded them! While most of my interactions were with Jacob, I’d be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge the exceptional service from New Car Sales Manager Mike and Subaru Star Delivery Specialist Shelby. Thinking a new car was out of my reach, I spent months looking at used cars. Was ready to buy a used Mazda when my son dragged me to this dealership. Was very skeptical, but looked around a bit. Todd came out to help us and I was surprised to learn a new Subaru was only a couple thousand more than used! I am prone to panic and analysis paralysis, but Todd was patient and helped me through the jungle of trims and options. Of course I panicked and went to a Honda dealership and checked out a couple there. Was giving a CRV and an HRV serious consideration, but again my son said to go back and drive the Forester, which I had dismissed earlier as too big. When Todd said I had to go with what will make me happy, I knew he wasn't just after a sale. I did try the Forester, and after the CRV, the Forester just felt more welcoming. Todd took me through the entire nerve-wracking but scary-easy purchase process. If you want to be treated fairly and honestly, want a no-pressure sales rep, ask for Todd! My son drives a hard bargain, and I think Todd got everyone in the dealership involved. Between him and my son, I know I got the best deal and am very happy with my Forester. Thank you, Todd! I had brake inspection done because another competitor told me my brakes were worn and needed replacing so I took it to my local dealership and they said my brakes were fine. Catalytic converter purchased and replaced by Tacoma Subaru failed after one year. I had my catalytic converter replaced by Tacoma Subaru in August 2023. In November 2024 my engine light came on. I Subaru failed after one year. I had my catalytic converter replaced by Tacoma Subaru in August 2023. In November 2024 my engine light came on. I went to Tacoma Subaru and was informed that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The company Tacoma Subaru bought the part from had gone out of business and it took two weeks to track down the warranty, figure out repair options and pricing. The service fee was waived after I expressed frustration with the part failing so quickly. After approving replacing the part it took another six days before my car was ready for pick up. A day after picking up my car my battery died, resulting in a tow. I am giving two star only because my technician was helpful. More

This Subaru dealership has greatly improved its maintenance program. I had issues in the past with less than good service, from the service writer to the technician that performed my car clutch rep maintenance program. I had issues in the past with less than good service, from the service writer to the technician that performed my car clutch replacement. I have to give high marks to this team and its update maintenance program. The service writer was courteous and respectful. When my car was brought into the bay for repair (thermal control unit Replacement) the technician made a video of his Initial inspection and then Subaru provided me a link to watch the video. I greatly appreciated this little attention, which eased my apprehension about doing business with this dealership. Overall, I highly recommend bringing your Subaru to this dealership for your maintenance. More

They had my vehicle for over a month to complete repairs. Total cost was $2,000. I've had it less than 24 hours and it's driving just as rough as when I brought it in. They didn't test drive it at all before Total cost was $2,000. I've had it less than 24 hours and it's driving just as rough as when I brought it in. They didn't test drive it at all before returning it to me? They're completely incompetent? They just scammed me for a substantial amount of money? Who can say. Take your car anywhere else but here.
