I made a 7:00 AM appointment a week ago for an oil change expecting to pick up between 3-3:30. No one was the at dealership when I dropped off car at 6:55am.Had to call at noon to see if they even received m expecting to pick up between 3-3:30. No one was the at dealership when I dropped off car at 6:55am.Had to call at noon to see if they even received my keys from the drop box. Received a text at 2:30 that it will not be done until 5. Showed up at 5 and told it was not ready but would be about 20 minutes. 30 minutes later car was ready. Told that they have 30-40 cars per day for tire change over. They returned the car, not even washed and that is part of the package I paid for when I bought the car. More

Extremely expensive service with little transparency. Charged $200 to diagnose a broken washer fluid pump (on top of $220 in labor). It cost me $618 overall. Did not give me a quote for the cost of the job until after I paid the $200 diagnostic fee. I would have never agreed to this price for a washer pump. Very odd business practice. Maybe good to go here for incredibly niche VW issues, but expect to spend an absurd amount. For generic services, take your car elsewhere. More
