Everything was done in the time they said it would be. I really like the video of the car inspection. I save those; a smart idea for the dealership to offer them!

Brandon, the sales rep was very helpful and patient with the whole process. Paul, the finance manager was thorough and provided us the extra information we asked for and was responsive to inquiries.

I give a five star for the Audi/Porsche side of this dealer. Paul and Spencer were super helpful and made sure to take care of all the issues I presented to them. I just feel bad that I have to take up their time since I have a Volkswagen. Spencer went above and beyond...I left my wallet in the loaner and he stayed late to look for it and wait for me to return to get it. Anyway, I would definitely recommend the service department at the Audi/Porsche of Anchorage.

Super good experience. Service advisor Dyann and service manager Paul went out of their way to search online to find parts for an old (2003) Beetle.

This was a very nice experience. Ms Stone was polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. Halfway through the service she personally informed me that my vehicle would be ready soon.

Lily was great. She assisted me with an extended warranty issue and was very professional.
