Worst customer service! I will not take my new vehicle back there. I took my car in due to some rattling noises. I was told it was my exhaust and they would order the parts I will not take my new vehicle back there. I took my car in due to some rattling noises. I was told it was my exhaust and they would order the parts. It would take 3 to 4 hours to fix. They said they would contact me when the parts arrived to schedule the repairs. They never called me, I called to get an update on the parts and found out they had come in a few says PRIOR. Strike one. I call to schedule the appointment and told them I had to have my car back the same day, no problem they said. I dropped my car off at 11:00 am so at 3:00 pm I was at the 4 hour mark. I had to call 2 times before I received a call back at 5:45 from the service manager. No response to my frustration due to zero communication on the status, way past the 4 hour mark, and that I needed my car back the same day and they assured me it would be done, nothing! The manager told me they were missing a part, I thought hmmmm, that seems odd but it is what it is. The manager told me he would call me personally in the morning to give me an update and the eta of it being done. No call! The tech that worked on it called me. I go to pick it up and oh, they missed diagnosed it, it wasn't the exhaust, it was bracket. So they had my car over night for a missing bracket and never thought that should be communicated to me during the day! No, we are sorry for the inconvenience not one bit of customer care! Communication is key and they sucked big time! I will find a different dealership the next time I need to take my car in. In my opinion, customers are a dime a dozen at such a large business so they don't care if you come back or not! I'm in the customer service industry so my expectations are high. I treat people the way I expect to be treated and they felt short of providing good customer service. They have a lot of room for improvement in that area!! More
