First time working with this dealership after purchasing a new Crown platinum. Christian was very helpful upon taking my car for its first service. I called to inquire if I could be picked up by the shuttle a new Crown platinum. Christian was very helpful upon taking my car for its first service. I called to inquire if I could be picked up by the shuttle. I attempted to call and was put on hold when I would get disconnected or put on hold for over. 5 minutes 4x in a row. Someone stated they would call me back in 5 minutes-no call.after making an additional call I was told that if I live past 8 miles I could not get a shuttle. I made other arrangements to get a ride. After getting to the dealership I was told that if I live over 7 miles. I could not get a ride. I’m used to the excellent customer service at Rodland Toyota who will either get me a shuttle or offer a rental car at no charge to me. I live almost exactly the same distance by.1 mile from both locations. I also was asked if it was ok to get a statement electronically. The statement will not open to see what was done. I will opt to go to Rodland Toyota in the future. More
