Yes, he was obviously just as motivated to make a sale as anyone else. He also listened to us, respected us and worked for us, rather than making us feel like he just needed us to shut up and buy a car - any car - so he could move on to the next. His genuine, no-BS communication style was refreshing. And it turns out he's kind of a delightful dude. The transaction was almost a non-starter, but thanks to Ali we came away very satisfied with our purchase, but also with our interaction. More
