I am not happy with the service I received. I arrived to the dealership to have them inspect one of the tires for a potential patch, as I found a nail. I sat in the waiting lobby for 2.5 hours until they no the dealership to have them inspect one of the tires for a potential patch, as I found a nail. I sat in the waiting lobby for 2.5 hours until they notified me that they actually found an additional nail on the edge of the tire so would need to replace the tire. I took less than 5 min to decide and then went to tell the service time to proceed with the new tire. One of the service associates told me the tire would cost $275 and they’d have to order it because it wasn’t in stock. Afterwards, I then went back to the lobby to wait per the associate’s instructions. 30 more minutes passed by when Zach and different service associate approached me to tell me they just missed the deadline to order by 9 min (not sure why the order didn't get placed 30 min ago when I already agreed). I ended up having to come back for the replacement two days later since it wouldn't be in until the next day at 1pm. So I made an appointment for the early morning. When I arrived for my appointment I was told it should not take more than an hour to swap out the tires. Almost 2 hours passes by and I didn't hear anything. Finally I ask Zach what is going on with my car. Apparently my car was finished already and sitting in a parking spot. I then had to remind him that I haven't paid. Zach provides the bill and it's suddenly $330+. This cost should have been provided when it was initially disclosed to me two days ago, not after everything was all done and all the waiting. It seems like the service department has major communication issues. I waited a total of 5 hours for just replacing a single tire which is ridiculous. I actually bought my Toyota from this dealership. I drive from 30 min away because I wanted to give them my service business after being treated so well when I bought my car. These past two days with the service department make me seriously reconsider coming back and looking to another Toyota dealership elsewhere. The service department seems very disorganized. I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated, especially being a customer who purchased their car with them. More
Brandon provided great service in staying on top of a very complex and frustrating process to repair some things on my vehicle that seemed to be pretty difficult to diagnose. His communication was very a very complex and frustrating process to repair some things on my vehicle that seemed to be pretty difficult to diagnose. His communication was very appreciated even with the extreme level of work load he was under with the loss of so much support over the past few months. Thank you Brandon. -Eric Sandstrom "the problem child Tundra" More

Bought my Tacoma here end of May. No one had touched it since I bought it. Took it in for 1st oil change over the weekend. Valvoline couldn’t get the oil filter cap off cause an impact wrench had been used since I bought it. Took it in for 1st oil change over the weekend. Valvoline couldn’t get the oil filter cap off cause an impact wrench had been used on it the last time it was put back on, also due to the use of an impact wrench part of it was broken causing normal tool used to remove the cap to slide off. Drove down to dealership to have them do it and fix the problems they caused. First was told you don’t do oil changes on new vehicles, it’s a 2017 certified used not new. Then they couldn’t find me in the system, again, same as when I came to get my license plates & check the status of my 2nd set of keys I still haven’t gotten. I was told that the oil filter cap that the dealership mechanic broke before I bought my truck would cost me close to $100 to replace just in parts. I opted to get only my oils changed and will have an outside mechanic I TRUST and can rely on do all further maintenance including replacing the oil filter cap. Oh and when I went into Valvoline I had 77,777 miles on the truck, we drove straight down from Everett to the dealership and they marked that it had 60,760 miles…it had 73,787 when I bought it. Looking back at the paperwork they put the actual mileage in the spot the color of the vehicle should be. Obviously no one was paying attention to wth they were doing. Now the maintenance log in the app is all jacked up too. Y’all need to get your heads out your xxxxx! More
