Sutton Ford excels at customer service! Because it was Saturday and I had no appointment, I was expecting to to either A) not be able to be seen or B) to take the entire day. They took advantage of an 18 year old buying his first car on his own not doing the things that was part of his deal with them. The car we purchased from Sutton ford we believed to have an issue with the breaks {nothing unsafe} not only did they fix this promptly they called us to set up the most convenient time for us to bring the car in. Ron was very professional, courteous, and made us feel comfortable and confident in Sutton Ford and it's employees. We will be back to buy my truck very soon. I have to say,she was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire car buying process. I was able to drive the car home to show my husband and upon returning ,Tiffany worked with me until we found the right car for me.
