My first time at Sutton wasn’t great. They got oil all over my engine from an oil change which led to my engine smoking. My car also didn’t drive properly as they forgot to plug something in with my engin over my engine from an oil change which led to my engine smoking. Felt rushed into buying a car without any other options to look at. Car was not cleaned out still had previous owners paperwork inside. Manager gave us the run around about detail and servicing the vehicle to look at. Car was not cleaned out still had previous owners paperwork inside.
