Other people in the facility being proceeded by the same finance person at the same time. I appreciated Eric’s updates. On another note totally different experience of my daughter with Sutton Ford. She was buying a used car and after paying deposit getting to the final step after being there over 4 hours ready to sign there was a problem with the title. That put a different thought on sending or recommending Sutton. No fault of the salesman. Just very disappointing. More

Jillian used my extended warranty to fix my wheel bearings (that she noticed not me) , she put in a case to have my back up camera fixed ( case approved saved me $600), fixed 3/4 tire sensors, explai bearings (that she noticed not me) , she put in a case to have my back up camera fixed ( case approved saved me $600), fixed 3/4 tire sensors, explained several times when asked regarding my extended warranty coverage (showing Great patience), made sure I understood that 1/4 tire sensors may need to be replaced in the future, placed me in a rental car using my extended warranty , my out of pocket cost was $100, and she did all of this with professionalism, proficiency, and a smile on her face to say I am a satisfied customer is an understatement. Thank you so much Jillian and thank you Sutton Ford for hiring her!! More
