I would never ever bring my car to Sutton Ford for repair, let alone buy a car from there. The car is the machine not people. You guys need to be a little more pleasant and accommodating to your customers. I was referred there by a relative because of Jamie, who was the only nice one. Maybe you all need to take note of her interpersonal skills.
