Marcos and the entire staff went beyond customer service to assist me with my purchase. I actually spoke to Marcos on the phone stating I wanted to be spoiled with my vehicle, and left it to him to find a n to assist me with my purchase. When I arrived to look at what options I had with my down payment and credit I was amazed at what Marcos chose for me. I test drove a 2013 black sparkle fully loaded Nissan juke and loved it the moment I saw it. Perfect for me since both kids are now going to college and I don't need to be soccer mom any longer. Marcos took the time for me before I was even at the store and made my visit comfortable and completely satisfied with the whole contract signing. Even 3 months later the staff still checks on me asking if I like it and letting me know my first oil service and detail is free!! That is customer service! I came into Sutherlin Nissan and was immediately greeted by David Chrobak, a salesman there. He was friendly and very courteous, and didn't make me feel like a statistic. He didn't try to sell me the first car i saw, but explained the advantages of each vehicle and how it would fit into what I was looking for. We saw several cars until I saw the one I wanted. It was a beautiful Nissan Maxima, and I am very pleased. He was able to get it for the price I waned as well so that made the deal even sweeter. I really appreciate David fr being very courteous and friendly, and not treating me like he was filling his quota, but like a someone whose interest he cared about.
